Information we collect
This policy covers what we collect through this website. If you become a client, the information we collect during an engagement is governed by our master services agreement instead.
- What you send us. Our contact form requires your name, your email address, and which service you are interested in. Company, job title, and a message are optional.
- What we collect automatically. Google Analytics records browser type, pages visited, and time spent on the site. It receives your IP address so Google can estimate your general location. Google does not log or store that address, and it is never visible to us. Our host records standard web request logs. The contact form also holds your IP address in memory for about a minute to rate limit automated abuse, and does not store it.
This website does not collect health information, payment details, or resumes, and it has no newsletter signup.
How we use it
- Respond to your inquiry and follow up about the services you asked about.
- Understand which pages people find useful, so we can improve the site.
- Meet our legal and contractual obligations.
We do not run advertising campaigns, and we do not use your information to target ads to you.
Who else handles it
Running this site takes a small number of service providers. Each one handles only what it needs to:
- Vercel hosts the site, and processes your IP address and request logs in order to serve pages.
- Resend delivers contact form submissions to our inbox, so it handles whatever you typed into the form.
- Google Analytics measures site usage, and handles your IP address as described above. Google may also use this data for its own purposes under its own terms.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. These providers are US companies that may process data on infrastructure outside the United States, each under its own privacy terms.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets two cookies. A cookie is a small file stored on your device. Both are placed by Google Analytics and stored under the skyestaq.ai domain, and they let Analytics tell a returning visit apart from a new one and keep track of a single session. Nothing else on this site sets a cookie.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To stop Google Analytics collecting anything about you on any website, you can install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
How long we keep it
We keep your contact form inquiry in our email while we are in touch, and afterward as part of our ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
Google Analytics holds usage data for the retention period configured on our property, after which Google deletes it. Resend keeps its own delivery logs under its own retention policy.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including serving the whole site over HTTPS and limiting access to the people who need it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Ask what personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it or delete it.
- Withdraw consent, or object to how we use it.
Email info@skyestaq.ai and we will respond as applicable privacy laws require. For a deletion request we remove your inquiry from our inbox and ask the providers above to delete what they hold. Analytics data is not tied to your name, so we may need your help identifying it.
Changes to this policy
We update this page when our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
